Flat and low-slope roofs fail differently than pitched shingle roofs — ponding water, seam separation, and membrane punctures need specialized diagnosis.
A flat roof leak rarely shows up directly above where the water actually entered — membrane systems move water laterally before it drips through.
Commercial Flat Roof Repair scheduling is built around minimizing disruption to your Vergennes business operations.
Insurance documentation available before work begins on any Vergennes commercial property.
We coordinate Vergennes scheduling around your business hours whenever the situation allows.
Membrane type and repair scope are itemized separately in every Flat Roof Repair estimate.
Hot-air welding equipment ensures a proper bond on every TPO Flat Roof Repair repair.
Most Vergennes flat roof issues combine two or three of these elements, which is why a full inspection matters.
We test repaired seams for a proper bond before considering the Flat Roof Repair job complete.
We identify the membrane type first, since EPDM and TPO repairs use different adhesive systems.
We identify why water is pooling — often a low spot or blocked drain — before recommending a solution.
We assess whether a modified bitumen repair needs a patch or a full section replacement.
Clogged or damaged drains are a leading cause of Vergennes flat roof ponding and membrane stress.
We reseal and reflash equipment curbs as part of a thorough Flat Roof Repair inspection.
We start by discussing the issue — ponding, active leak, or visible membrane damage.
On-site assessment identifies the membrane type and the actual cause of the issue.
You receive a written estimate covering membrane repair or drainage correction before work begins.
Repairs are completed using membrane-appropriate technique, then tested before we consider the job done.
